Following the response to financial regulations in Europe and the United States as well as the recovery of the Nikkei Stock Average (Nikkei 225) to the 30,000-yen level noted at the beginning of 2021, inquiries from financial institutions in various countries about licenses for Nikkei 225 data and file distribution contracts have been increasing.

Based on this situation, we have summarized the trends of the Nikkei 225 from the past to the present (the image on the right), the licensing rules of the Nikkei Stock Average, and the data distribution route we provide as shown below.
