Governance
Management Advisory Board
Consisting of external business managers, academic experts and legal professionals, this board provides advice to the President of Nikkei on management issues to ensure Nikkei continues to serve and improve as a trusted mass media enterprise.
Risk Management and Compliance Committee
Chaired by a director who has ultimate responsibility for risk management and compliance, the committee reviews the management of risks that may affect the company's business continuity, such as system failure, large-scale disasters, and compliance-related issues. It is also responsible for immediately implementing appropriate countermeasures as required.
