We like to know more about the key issues and solutions for them.
The issues are:
1) common lunguages , symbols , and voice devices. to be used.
2) Universal standards for hardware and software must not be set by commercial profit-seeking entities. Non-political common carriers would be more ideal to handle or to control.
3) Two ways multi-media network systems for global and space communications would be the ultimate goal; however, steps and schedules for such long term goals are mandatory.
