NIKKEI FORUM 26th Global Management Dialogue discusses leadership amidst change

The NIKKEI FORUM 26th Global Management Dialogue took place on October 28 and 29, at the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo. The topic was "Seize the Tide, Lead the Change." Leaders of global companies shared their views on how to continue to innovate flexibly and steer their companies in today's business environment. A total of 655 people attended over the two days.

This year's forum was held against the backdrop of the upcoming US Presidential election, the ongoing war in Ukraine, and continuing conflict in the Middle East.

Speakers included Henry Kravis, Co-Founder and Co-Executive Chairman of KKR, Jaehoon Chang, President and CEO of Hyundai Motor Company, David Ha, Co-Founder and CEO of Sakana AI, and Óscar García Maceiras, CEO of Inditex—all leaders who are known for their skills in navigating through turbulent times.

On the second day, Mai Shin, President of GENDA, and Putri Tanjung, Commissioner of CT Corp, discussed the importance of understanding and engaging with Gen Z, a demographic that makes up a large proportion of the population in Asia.
